1. How Can We Help?
Many questions are answered fastest by the page that holds the answer:
- Your tickets — every ticket you hold, with its code, its QR for the door and its claim and send buttons: your tickets. Each ticket email links to it too.
- Signing in — if you forgot your password, reset it here. A reset link goes to the email on your account.
- Your requests — when you are signed in, every message you have sent us, with its status and our replies, is under Account → My Requests.
- Your data — what we keep and how to have it deleted is in the Privacy Policy.
2. Send Us a Message
Tell us what you need and we will answer by email. You will get a copy straight away, with your request number.
3. Email Us
You can also write to us directly at our support address. Include your ticket code or order if your message is about a purchase. We do not offer support by phone.
4. What Happens Next
- Your message becomes a request with its own number, such as REQ-0123, in our support queue.
- We answer by email, from our support address. To add anything, reply to that email.
- If you were signed in, you can follow it, and see our replies, under My Requests.
- For a payment or a refund, we may ask for the ticket code or the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
5. Before You Write
- A ticket for someone else — press Send ticket to… on the ticket and type their name and email. They claim it in their own name.
- The door asks for a claimed ticket — open your ticket email and press Claim your ticket; where the event has a waiver, sign it there too.
- Refunds — each event's own terms apply. Write to us with your ticket code and we will look at it.
- Emails and texts — every email has an unsubscribe link at the foot of it, and you can reply STOP to any text.
- Deleting your account or data — ask us here; we confirm it is you before we act. See the Privacy Policy.
6. What We Keep From Your Message
Your name, your email, your message and the page you sent it from, kept with your request so we can answer it and see what was said before. We use them for nothing else. More is in the Privacy Policy.
