We are excited to host today's event! Before you participate, we require that you read and sign this waiver, which outlines important details about participation and releases the organizers from certain liabilities.

The individual named below, or in the case of a participant under the age of majority (18 in the State of Florida), their parent/guardian (referred to as "I", "me", or "Participant"), understands that participation in the Event is voluntary and this Agreement is legally binding, made for the benefit of 1000 Palms Hideout, ATUL Inc., Anna Turayeva, 14501 NE 2nd Court LLC (“1000 Palms Hideout”), Healing Heroes Inc., the event hosts, property owners, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and all affiliated parties (collectively, the “Releasees").

1. Acknowledgement of Inherent Risks

I, the undersigned ("Guest"), understand and acknowledge that attendance at and participation in this event involves inherent and foreseeable risks, including but not limited to:

• Walking, standing, dancing, and general movement throughout the property
• Uneven ground, outdoor terrain, wet surfaces, and other natural or venue-specific hazards
• Slips, trips, falls, collisions, and other accidents
• High and low energy physical activity, including sprains, strains, fatigue, concussion, overexertion, exhaustion, and cardio-pulmonary strain
• Contact, consumption food or drinks that may contain known or unknown allergens or irritants
• Environmental hazards, including allergies, dehydration, and insect encounters
• Use or exposure to event lighting, lasers, disco lights, smoke or haze machines, CO₂ effects, and loud music
• A swimming pool that is unfenced and has NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at any time
• Drowning or water-related injuries
• Actions, negligence, or misconduct of other guests or participants
• Theft, loss, or damage to personal property
• The consumption of food and beverages, including risks of foodborne illness, allergic reactions (including severe or life-threatening reactions), cross-contamination, choking, or other adverse health effects, whether caused by known or unknown ingredients, and whether food is provided by third-party vendors, caterers, or other guests
• Consumption of alcohol and risks associated with intoxication
• Equipment failure or malfunction, including safety equipment
• Lack of immediate access to medical attention or services
• Communicable disease (including, but not limited to, COVID-19)
• Participation in wellness activities including sauna use, cold plunge, ice baths, breathwork, body treatments, massage, contrast therapy, stretching, yoga, or other physical or heat/cold exposure activities
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, steam, heat, humidity, cold water immersion, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, burns, slips, falls, cardiac stress, respiratory stress, overexertion, loss of consciousness, or other physical or psychological reactions associated with sauna or cold plunge activities
• The possibility that participation in sauna, cold plunge, or wellness activities may aggravate pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or other health conditions.

I understand that 1000 Palms Hideout is a tropical, outdoor, jungle-style venue, and I knowingly accept all risks associated with such an environment, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

2. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily choose to enter the property and attend this event. I knowingly, freely, and expressly assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage arising from my presence at the venue or participation in any activity, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises.

3. Children / Minors – Mandatory Supervision & Parental Responsibility

If I bring or am responsible for any child or minor, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Children must be supervised at all times and may never be left unattended anywhere on the property
• The venue contains trees, exposed roots, uneven terrain, and natural landscaping that may cause injury
• Climbing trees is strictly prohibited
• A jungle gym is present and may be used only under direct, continuous adult supervision
• The swimming pool is unfenced and has NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY — parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring children near the pool at all times
• I accept full responsibility and liability for the safety, behavior, and actions of any minors under my care and assume all risks on their behalf

4. No Lifeguard Disclosure

I EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO LIFEGUARD IS PROVIDED AT ANY TIME. The venue and hosts do not supervise swimming or water activities. All swimming and pool use is entirely at my own risk and the risk of any minors under my supervision.

5. Alcohol Acknowledgement

If I consume alcohol, I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age. I understand that alcohol may be served and agree that I am solely responsible for my consumption, behavior, and any consequences arising therefrom, including any injury to myself or others.

6. Medical Condition & Emergency Consent

I affirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of attending and participating in this event. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers or their representatives to obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that all medical costs are my sole responsibility.

6A. Sauna, Cold Plunge & Wellness Activity Acknowledgement

I understand that sauna use, cold plunge, ice baths, breathwork, and other wellness-related activities involve inherent risks and may not be appropriate for all individuals.

I affirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of attending and participating in this event and any voluntary wellness or physical activities offered on the premises.

I understand that the hosts, venue owners, event organizers, Healing Heroes Inc., 1000 Palms Hideout, and affiliated parties are not medical professionals and are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

I acknowledge that participation in heat and cold exposure activities may involve risks including dehydration, burns, fainting, dizziness, cardiac strain, respiratory distress, injury, illness, emotional distress, permanent disability, or death.

I agree that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own physical condition before, during, and after participation in any wellness activities.

I agree to immediately stop participation if I feel lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous, physically unwell, unsafe, or otherwise unable to continue.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

7. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to enter the premises and attend this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

• Personal injury or death
• Slips, trips, falls, or accidents
• Swimming or being near the pool with no lifeguard on duty
• Sauna use, cold plunge, wellness activities, heat exposure, cold exposure, breathwork, bodywork, or related activities
• Injuries involving children or minors under my supervision
• High-intensity physical activity and associated risks
• Property damage, theft, or loss
• Alcohol, food, drinks consumption
• Premises conditions
• Communicable disease (including COVID-19)

This release applies even if caused by the negligence of the released parties, to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.

8. Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, lawsuits, damages, costs, or attorneys' fees arising from:

• My actions or omissions
• The actions or injuries of any minor under my supervision
• My violation of venue rules or this Agreement

9. Media Consent

I hereby give my consent to allow photographs or video footage of myself and any minors in my care to be taken during the event for promotional or documentation purposes by the event organizers, Healing Heroes Inc, and 1000 Palms Hideout. I understand that these images may be used in print, online, or social media without compensation. I acknowledge that once published, the organizers cannot control unauthorized use of my likeness on third-party platforms.

10. Right to Deny Entry or Remove Guests

The hosts and venue reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest at their sole discretion if the guest poses a safety risk, violates venue rules, or disrupts the event.

11. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Severability & Binding Effect

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, assigns, and legal representatives.

13. Acknowledgement & Signature

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Agreement and understand that I am waiving important legal rights, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. I AM AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE AND FULLY COMPETENT.
